About Us
We are a CQC registered care company offering domiciliary care services. Our services are delivered at home, allowing you or your loved one to remain at home as long as possible. Most choose to stay in a safe, familiar environment, which evidence has shown has physical and psychological benefits. Our staff are trained and have experience in health care and are well equipped to provide person centred care working with the individual to maintain their independence.
Our services also include support outside the home, including support attending appointments, visiting friends and family, and shopping. The goal of domiciliary care is to support you to live a meaningful and independent life, whatever that means to you.

Personal Care
Personal care is important in maintaining health and wellbeing, our staff are well trained to provide person-centred care and support individuals with their daily hygiene routine with compassion and care.

Support to use the toilet, commode, or bed pan

Moving position in the bed in order to reduce the likelihood of pressure sores. Support with changing incontinence pads.
Light meal prep
Our staff support people to maintain a normal life and will support individuals to prepare their own meal in a safe way. We also help prepare light meals, microwave meals to assist with diet and fluid intake.
Activities of Daily Living
We can provide a variety of housekeeping services to help maintain your home. We provide assistance with variety of housekeeping support including tiding up, laundry and maintaining a clean environment.
The services we can provide include:

Emptying bins

Changing bedding

Assisting with laundry and ironing
home. Having a clean and tidy home and being on top of house related tasks can r an ongoing service or just as a one-off.
OTHER SERVICES
Support with medication
E-Rock care staff support with administering or prompting prescription medication. We suppport individuals to maintain their independence while ensuring they take medication as prescribed.
Night Sits and Day Sits
The care assistant is at the property through the night to assist with night care needs, the carer offers reassurance and gives you or your loved one the peace of mind.
The care assistance fully awake through the night for people with increased night care needs i.e. people with dementia who wander in the night, toileting needs, palliative care needs and end of life support for those people who chose to spend their final days at home.
Companionship
As individuals get older their social net works become smaller due to various factors, some older age adults become house bond due to reduced mobility and can only go out with assistance of others. E-Rock care provides companionship services, enabling individuals to stay connected to their local community; therefore elevating boredom, loneliness and promoting health and wellbeing.
Respite Care
We provide short term care for people who’s family or usual carers need some time to rest or go for a short break or maybe needed time for planned or unplanned hospital stay. Our Carers will come in and meet the need even at short notice.
We also can provide longer term Live -in-Care packages.
